The Garden room

Liked that the property was dog friendly It was also modern and spotless. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really apart from a bit more hanging space would be useful for clothes but I don’t think this is achievable as it is a compact property

All was good, (but see below).

Very disappointed with the breakfast, toast, jam and bananas and the tea bags were stale,

It was very clean, had all the facilities I needed for my stay

Excellent location with good easy access to a fantastic restaurant ( The Holt ) and breakfast at "Toast".

Location for the purpose of my visit to the area, met the host who was super lovely The property was impeccably clean and fresh smelling A little gem of a place that’s a credit to the host

There is nothing I could not like about the property

Quiet location, bright & clean. Welcoming host. Walking distance to high street.

No sink in the kitchenette to wash dishes have to use sink in bathroom. Would have preferred shower to behind a proper door instead of curtain. No tv but we used our phones when the weather was rubbish in the evening.

Several breakfast items left in a basket, cereal, bread, fruit, cereal bars, butter, jam and milk left in fridge. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Friendly hosts. Easy walk into the town and train station. Nice garden area.
