CAExcellent location. Very clear instructions. Comfortable, clean, new/modern interior and amenities. Everything worked as it should. Easy parking and very close to the York train station.
Not much, very minor stuff. 10 am checkout was a bit early. Clearer instructions regarding how to handle the garbage would be good.

The stairs were very narrow and steep, and it didn’t show on the photos that the top of the stairs are kitewinders which we found not to easy for older people. Perhaps mention that in blurb!

GBGBGreat location and parking, easy check in, generally well kept, beds comfortable, Netflix was a great bonus as travelling with a child.
Lumps of fluff on the floor, sofa was the most uncomfortable to sit on, induction hob but only one pan of a full cupboard of pans worked on it. Ceiling light in lounge was thick with cobwebs. Dining table was rickerty and very uncomfortable to sit at.
GBLocation was perfect, property was clean, and modern looking, all facilities provided - small but comfortable garden. Would recommend as a good base for exploring York
Sofas were very uncomfortable, could have used an additional fan and the dining table did make a lot of noise/was quite sticky - would have appreciated the call beforehand as was advised they would call once cleaning was complete.
GBGBAmazing stay at the mustard pot. Loved the location and the standard in the property. Furniture such a couches and tables were basic but kitchen and bathroom were new and of a very high standard. The house was warm and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property was managed by York stays and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and look out for us. Very impressed!
Maybe somewhere to store clothes would be a good idea in the attic room.
