Highly recommend Helly Mount Inn as your accommodation while in Ella. The family were SO hospitable, kind, caring and helped us every step of our stay (including our departure and onwards travels). Be prepared for a walk up a hill to get there...which is so worth it for the spectacular views. Breakfast was delicious eachorninf and we were generously offered teas and coffees throughout our days while there 🙂

This property is such a hidden gem and exceptional value for money!!! It’s nestled up on the mountain away from the carnage of Ella city. The view is breathtaking and the family are so so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we had everything we needed. Staying here was such a privilege. Having breakfast every morning looking over the mountains was just incredible.

There were a couple problems with the WiFi but they were soon fixed! The family was very helpful with this. There was also a little mould in the room but it wasn’t a major problem for us.

We loved our stay here ! The view was beautiful, we got up early to watch the sunrise and it didn’t disappoint. We could also see a waterfall from our balcony. The accomodation was a 10min tuk tuk up the mountain to accommodation for the Main Street. It is a steep short walk up the mountain from the driveway to the room, but it is well worth it for the view The hosts were welcoming and breakfast was delicious.. We Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful views and great place providing excellent value for money. Struggle if you have lots of luggage as it’s a steep walk up hill about 15/20 minutes but worth it for the price and views

Good view on sunset. It is really hard way to go there from main road. The way is narrow and hard. Hard to find it but there is second way to go there. By really steep stairs but when you trawek with nagości it’s better to choice that one

Great communication before and during my stay. Stunning views and wonderful breakfast. Had an amazing homemade dinner (extra cost but very reasonable). Great Value and lovely friendly family.

Not a negative, but the accommodation is a 25 min walk uphill from the town centre. As per other reviews, the last part is up a rough track with little lighting, awkward if not travelling with a backpack. The Dad has a tuktuk if you don't fancy the walk, and others available in town
