The Pontchartrain Hotel

This historic property has character, a roof top bar and a live music venue and on top of these conveniences has a phenomenal restaurant Jack Rose! The staff are amazingly friendly and kind!

The beauty of this historical hotel its roof top bar live music makes for an all inclusive experience! The staff are incredible and I love this hotel! Definitely going to stay here again!

Very lively, although we are older couple we enjoyed the young vibe.

Parking is always a issue in New Orleans.

I want to commend the restaurant staff, valet team, and the hosts stationed near the elevator entrance—they were all genuinely pleasant and professional.

The cleanliness of my room did not meet expected standards; I have documented the issues with photos and videos (take upon arrival), which I will submit separately. Additionally, the reservations process was unnecessarily complicated, and the guest service agents—both over the phone prior to arrival and in person—were unfriendly and unwelcoming, lacking the level of hospitality one would expect. Unfortunately, during my stay, the elevator was out of service, requiring me to walk up and down nine flights of stairs multiple times. No assistance with my luggage was offered upon arrival, which further added to the inconvenience. While I will continue to support the food and beverage outlets, I do not plan to book accommodations at Hotel Pontchartrain again.

Very dated hotel, pictures deceiving, all a bit weird and old

Love the room, both bars and friendly staff

One doorman was too busy playing on his phone to help with the door. I had some purchases so my hands were full.
