"Great location but watch your charges."

Location and bed.

Staff charged me for items not used in room and parking. I didn't use. Took weeks to get someone to help me, after multiple emails and phone messages. Lobby and elevator were crowded due to clubs within the hotel.

Historic, good location.

Room cleaning. Room had not been cleaned on ck-in. Had to request cleaning each day.
