Charming Apartment - Amazing Downtown Location

This was our second trip to Iceland. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds and even the couch was very comfortable, everyone slept well. The location is perfect between parking with car/getting out of the city and walking in the city. If you prefer to stay in hotels, this is not for you. We wanted to feel more like home or locals, and have enough space to accommodate the whole family under one roof, and that’s exactly what we got :) the apartment/kitchen is well equipped for an everyday life. We were quite prepared but still got useful additional information about parking, recycling etc. Thanks for that one more time!

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was well equipped, centrally located and spacious.

As we are expected to throw away the trash, it would be great to have more containers for proper segregation, along with printed instructions where to throw them. Otherwise, all great!

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, clean apartment, all round great accommodation.

Only issue was the bathroom sink not draining properly/quickly but it didn’t cause us any problems more just something to be careful of overflowing.

I would expect toilet rolls to be included for such a short stay - having to buy a packet of 2 or 4 when I might not have needed them would have been mildly irritating. As it was, we had enough, but..... A lock on the bathroom door - odd to have one on the bedroom but not there, for a 2 bed apartment

Close to restaurants and grocery store

There was no wifi, we were given a username and password but didn’t work at all. I tried to email the host but unable to send the email. Not sure what went wrong, i tried to reply to the emails i received but it keeps saying unable to deliver. Anyway we survived, one member of the group has 3G data though slow but at least we had something.

The place was quite and well placed to go anywhere.

I didn't like the decor and the heavy curtains that collect a lot of dust. I didn't like the noise from the doors, and the glass in the front door is very obtrusive.

Excellent location Very warm Had everything we needed.
