The staff and restaurant were very good. Handy location for Newbury etc

Our room -Deluxe King Room - was much smaller than we expected especially as we were staying for 3 days. In particular there was very little space between the bedside and the bathroom wall.

"Un hotel que et fa viatjar en el temps."

Aquest hotel té un encant especial. Ens fa viatjar en el temps, però amb totes les comoditats d'avui en dia. Està molt ben decorat i amb molt de gust. Té tots els detalls que puguis necessitar. El sopar al pub de l'hotel i l'esmorçar van ser excel·lents. A més tenia aparcament gratuït, prou gran com per a poder aparcar la nostra furgoneta de 9 places sense cap problema. Tornariem a repetir sense cap dubte!

No recordo res que no m'agradés en aquest hotel, per això li he posat tan bona nota.

"Enough said, train the kitchen staff."

Nicely refurbished throughout. Charming room.

Full English breakfast dreadful. Hard highly spices sausage, single mushroom swimming in water, underdone tomato, soggy sourdough fried bread. Just thrown together by someone clearly never taught.
