The view and 20feet from water wonderful friendly owner and staff and Mamas Restaurant next door serves great food and made us very welcome to join them eating at the end of the day in Ramadan. Very courteous organising tours and helping attend with my disability. Very supportive.

We had the most wonderful stay. The family was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious meals at Mama food house next door and our children enjoyed playing in the sand with the sand toys provided, swinging on the swing and paddling in the water which was right at our doorstep. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning location. It's right on the beach with a little porch to watch the sunset from. All the facilities you need. Tasty breakfast. Added bonus that they offer lunch and dinner - it was absolutely delicious fish. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back for longer next time.

Clean and neat. The room was carefully thought through, with all the facilities you can ever need for a stay, hairdryer, extension cord, hangers, pegs, outdoor clothes hanging rack. The food at mama’s eatery is very delicious. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights, and it was simply amazing. The location by the seaside, the fantastic restaurant next to our room, and the kindness and hospitality of the owners made our holiday on Tioman Island the best experience we could have hoped for. We would gladly choose this place again and hope to return someday.
