The West Highland Way Hotel and Campground Rooms and Pitches

We stayed in one of the tents. It was really comfortable and clean. Sleeping bags were also supplied as being in November. It was cold. We were prepared already, but this was really nice. We had a really cosy and comfortable sleep. Showers and toilets were really clean. We had a lovely meal, and breakfast included was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved it.

This was at the tent. We arrived very late did not realized there was no electricity at the tent. It was raining and cold. location is good. The staff who met us gave us extra sleeping bag

Was a very quirky little hotel & the staff were lovely & accommodating. We had booked a small double, which with a dog was impossible to move in ! Thankfully we were able to move to a larger room, but with a rather large fee !

On the night we arrived, there was no food available as the staff were all having a Halloween party, which we were invited but too tired after travelling to attend. Due to the party the hotel was quite noisy until late.

Couldn't fault the staff. Definitely worth a shout.

Just what I needed to relax and recharge. Everything was really great.

I booked this place because the photos showed a room, and I didn’t realise that somewhere in the listing it mentioned a tent. When I arrived on the day, the host met me outside and told me that I had booked a tent and that they don’t offer tents in this weather (late October). He said he would refund me, but I never received anything. This was a terrible experience — we were left with no place to stay for the night even though we had already paid. I’m now unable to find any way to complain or contact the host for the refund. Very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Very friendly. Room was very clean and very nice.

It was a perfect family room. Double bed for the adults. Three singles for the kids. Large room. The continental breakfast was a nice touch.
