Umístění hotelu na kraji džungle. Měli jsme štěstí, slyšeli i nakonec viděli rodinku vřešťanů.

Občas přes jazykovou bariéru, velice ochotný personál pomoci s čímkoliv. Objednali jídlo z nedaleké restaurace. Objednali, co bylo třeba, z nedalekého obchodu. Vše přivezli do hotelu. Pomohli se zařízením výletu na ruiny Palenque i na Aqua Azul a Misol-Ha.

la paz que experimentamos... y el jacucci muy original me relajo mucho aun sin burbujas. la sencillez de las habitaciones es unica. escuchar los monos. no mirar a los otros huespedes fue padre. y que me relaje el masaje bien rico. la atencion del personal de 10

"Heavenly stay after hectic day of touring."

Absolutely heavenly. It was incredibly relaxing, serene, felt luxurious. Room scent was devine, as thought walking into a spa room. The grounds were a zen garden of peace and beauty.

I was not aware I needed to let desk know to have continental breakfast. I should have read the information. That was on me. Staff super accommodating and provided me with great option. Everything else was perfect.

De concepto natural, te sientes enmedio de la naturaleza, es muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar

Que el jacuzzi no sirve, es muy dificil llenar de agua caliente la tina de la terraza de la habitación, que se ve deteriorado y falto de mantenimiento

"Stay away from this hotel. It is deceptive online and they are just letting it go."

The property has all of the “needs” for an amazing palenque stay but unfortunately the management cares little about this amazing property and are letting it fall into ruin.

Bugs in the bedroom and bathroom, the toilet was stopped up, no fresh water for drinking, the bed sheets for poorly and the mattress cover was threadbare. The entire room needed paint and the bathroom was moldy and messy.

We hebben een zeer slechte ervaring met dit hotel gehad, dat ons niet geïnformeerd heeft dat het zwembad gedurende ons ganse verblijf onbeschikbaar zou zijn. Ik diende wel de volledige som een maand op voorhand te betalen. Diefstal.

Het hotel heeft zich niet klantvriendelijk gedragen t.a.v. ons. Hoewel ze het probleem hebben erkend en bereid waren ons terug te betalen, heb ik na 1 maand mijn restitutie nog niet ontvangen. Ik heb zelf een ander hotel moeten boeken en heb dus 2 maal mijn verblijf betaald. Ik zou dit hotel afraden. Ook heeft de hotelmanager geen mandaat en verstopt deze zich achter een schimmige eigenaar met wie je nooit in contact kunt treden. In Merdida hebben ze een gelijkaardig hotel.
