El personal fue muy atento con nosotros, el catálogo de spa es muy amplio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen una terraza con plunge muy padre y la alberca es 100% nueva

The location was very good.

We have booked to stay here for 3 nights, and we couldn’t have been more disappointed and appalled by our stay. When we first checked in we were surprised to find that the pool facilities were undergoing construction; we were not notified of this prior to, or after booking. The next day we were then notified that there would be extensive work around the complex, one including the roof of our bungalow being completely redone. This meant that there was around 20 workmen doing tasking during the day, starting and early as 6AM; which included drilling , wheel-barowing, leaving materials/ rubbish outside our door and hammering. We were thus unable to use our plunge pools ,due to the builders working around and being literally right above our heads. We were understanding of these issues, until the roof of our room fell in; even after being reassured that our belonging would be safe. We were then moved to another room ,which was a downgrade, and satisfactory at best; it had no WiFi, dampness on the ceiling and smelt unpleasant. We have been extremely disappointed with our stay here at this resort deemed to be a “ Premium Relaxing Getaway”. At the current state, there is major construction and safety hazards all around - it’s a building site not a resort- , the Hotel should not be accepting customers at all; not trying to unsuccessfully multitask customers and builders. The management clearly knew about the construction, but still allowed customers to book. As you book non-refundable; you are forced to put up the condition as the owners have already taken your money and have no intention to give you a refund. If there is anything wrong issue with the resort, be prepared to only find out at check in.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with our inquiries. My wife enjoyed the Maia massage/ritual and they arranged for a manicure to come to the hotel

I personally didn’t love the breakfast but my friend who I was with loved it!

It’s impressive that the hotel is literally in the jungle, and the surroundings are beautiful. Some of the staffs are really nice and speak English well.

The worst value for money I’ve ever experienced. It’s as if they accidentally added an extra zero to the price. Seriously, if the hotel had been 90% cheaper, I would understand its condition. But not on this price. The rooms might have last been renovated or painted during ancient Mayan times. The walls are moldy, the plaster is crumbling, the bathroom drains are clogged, and the bed linen is dirty. The entire hotel is extremely neglected and looks very disgusting. Some of the receptionists don’t speak English at all, not even a word.
