Great location and excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Palenque

Breakfast area could be slightly bigger.

Lovely bungalow with large patio in the jungle. The pool was right opposite the jungle so we saw howler monkeys, large iguanas and squirrels from the pool! Very comfortable beds and effective air conditioning.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and the restaurants in the immediate vicinity were either closed or not very appealing. We went into town where there were excellent restaurants so it wasn’t a big problem but it means a taxi or colectivo ride to get food. I recommend taking snacks with you as they are impossible to buy without going into town.

Utterly charming spot with beautifully designed cabins, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with lovely products and picturesque veranda with huge bath tub immersed in luscious tropical gardens.

The room was functional and comfortable, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was simple but really fresh and good. Book a massage, the therapist is incredible!

The rooms are more outdated than on the pictures, the "private pool" from your room has nothing private as it is along the path of all other rooms. The main swimming pool had a milky aspect and so we avoided using it at all.

Clean, simple & surrounded by plants & natures sounds. Helpful staff with arranging an excellent tour guide for the archeological site & booking taxi to restaurant. Such a treat to have a spa treatment in that environment too.

The pool is great and directly to the jungle. The staff is very kind. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. The Maya Ruins close nu are absolutely worth a visit. It was mindblowing! The birds, Agoeti, squirls and butterflies in and around the hotel made the stay complete.

There is no restaurant, but there are different Nice restaurants close by to walk to. There are possibilities to get a drink at the hotel or at the pool.
