The location is great.

No value for the money, rooms are not really maintained and jacuzzi doesn’t even work, besides the fact that it looks very dirty so wouldn’t actually use it either way. For the stars they claimed and the price paid it’s really not worth it. The rooms are also not well sealed or checked as we woke up with a tarantula on the wall next to our bed, which of course can happen given that you’re in the jungle, but gives away the poor maintaining of their rooms.

The rooms are decorated well, the setting of the hotel is beautiful. Staff were helpful.

We booked because of the pool but unfortunately it was really dirty and unloved - the pool filter was turned off too. It was really disappointing. The property isn’t set very far off the busy road, so even though you have a feeling of being in the jungle, you can hear traffic. The rooms felt a little damp.

The property feels like you are in the middle of jungle and is a perfect escape from towns and people in nature. The sound of the birds and wildlife is beautiful. The rooms are well equipped with all the essentials, and the decor matches the jungle vibes. I love the outdoor pool with views into the lush jungle that makes you feel wild. The bed was super comfy, and I can not thank the staff enough for their hospitality, very warm, welcoming, and happy to help.

Amazing rooms (with private outdoor areas including each having a private mini pool/hot tub) in the jungle. Lovely main pool. Very relaxing. Good breakfast, especially with option to have it brought to your private terrace. Great location on the road to the Mayan ruins. Very handy that the hotel accepts payment in card (rare outside the centre of Palenque)

As a remote place, it's great that the hotel allows you to order evening meals to be delivered, but be warned you'll need to take cash out in advance (hotel takes card, none of the restaurants that either deliver or that you can go to do) - there is no onsite restaurant, and while the closest restaurant is only 100m away all food options can only be paid in cash and everything but the closest restaurant requires a taxi after dark

The pool and the bar were fine.

The room was not for a 5-star hotel, but rather for a 3-star hotel. When we asked some explanation to the hotel, they told us that this hotel was a 4-star. There was also no TV in the room. Very poor breakfast. The hotel told us that this was an American breakfast, but there were no eggs, no bacon. Only fruit, yogurt, bread and marmalade.

6 stars!!! Phenomenal location in the jungle! Cold ac, bautiful room, awesome pool, cant complement this place enough!
