Free parking. Good facilities. Comfortable bed. Quiet location.

Only thing I didn’t realise and it’s not mentioned anywhere when you book, is the fact that it is at the top of a very steep hill. It is only a 10 min walk down to the beach and harbour front, but the walk back is a killer 20 mins steep uphill.

Small but had most things needed for a nice holiday. Location was great as long as you are able bodied and pretty fit.

Would have been really good to have a comfortable chair to sit in. I know that space is limited, but it would have made a difference. Would love to have been able to open the back door and let a breeze through during the hot days.

Situation too far out of town, no welcome pack, needed drawers for clothes and somewhere to dry towels ready for next shower eg. Heated towel rail

The apartment had a strong smell of damp and stale. There is no window and can only open the entrance door to air out the smell which did not work well. It wasnt clean as black bits comes out from between the titles in bathroom and hair was found on the bedding and towels

We had a generally pleasant stay at Seaporth Studio. The apartment is quite small, but very neat and well-organised — everything you need is within reach. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean on arrival, including the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals and breakfast. We also appreciated the coffee and tea provided. The location is good and peaceful, set on a small hill, about a 15–20 minute walk from the centre. However, be prepared for the uphill walk on the way back.

The main downside was the heating. During the day the temperature was fine, but evenings were quite cold, and the heating didn’t seem to work properly. Unfortunately, this made the stay less comfortable, especially in April when the weather can still be unpredictable. The Wi-Fi was okay, but we experienced occasional signal drops.

Such a beautiful studio. Modern, clean, comfortable and close to the beach (10min walk). The host, although away, was quick to respond and lovely about all enquiries. We both had a lovely stay and will be back very soon, i am very sure. Good value for money! :)

Really lovely, modern and clean apartment, perfect for a two person stay. Equipped with everything we needed which was great.

The only things we thought could be better were the fridge, it was really tiny and we didn't have much to put in but even that was a struggle, could be great to upgrade it as some of our items started to freeze too, even the juice we had in the door of the fridge. The ventilation is poor when its hot as the only thing we could open was the front door which was a bit awkward when people kept walking past the front of the house and we wanted some privacy.

I loved the simple yet comfortable location that was conveniently located to the centre of town and the beaches. I feel like I got a good taste of a small piece of Cornwall

It was just slightly inconvenient that we couldn't check in earlier in the day, since we had to carry our luggage around for most of the say as a result.
