GBThe friendly cat who showed my room and the delicious coffees in the room,, much appreciated. Bed was very comfy, I enjoyed watching the television and I also quite liked the black lace curtain and the furniture. The house was very friendly. I met two people in the kitchen and they were lovely.
The bathroom wasn't super clean, not the bath which was fine, but the walls and door.
GBThe room is very big.. although it's street parking but the room has everything that I require. The kitchen is massive, and its self-service . The heating was perfect and a lovely shower . It's definitely value for its money, and u will surely use it again.

GBRoom was comfortable and clean but I was in the front downstairs room and the curtains don’t fully obscure the room / street causing a privacy issue.
Being a HMO the demand for the single bathroom is high.

GBGBGBThis place is excellent value for money, has everthing you need and more. Great location, big clean and comfy rooms. Bathroom is good enough for a few nights. Kitchen has plenty of kit, pots pans, utensils, cups, plates air fryers etc so great to cook in. The house cat is lovely, very cute and sweet to be greeted by in the morning. Pretty clean throughout and excellent value for money, in a nice location too.
Bathroom was a little bit dirty and not enough hand soap.

GBI feel like for £22 I have no grounds to complain. A very reasonable price and a nice touch having a coffee machine in the room. I would deffo have paid more. Could have been made aware of how things would work e.g was a bit worried seeing no toilet roll in the shared toilet but then discovered I had some in my room. Nice touch having some shampoo etc on the side as well. The room was really nice and with a comfy bed and lots of space. Didn't use the kitchen but there was an air fryer lots of fridge space/oven cooking facilities/pots and pans. Also great cat who wants to be your mate.
Went to bed about 10. About half 11 there was a loud bass of music coming through the ceiling. I put headphones in so managed to get back to sleep eventually. At about 2 two people were chatting quite loudly outside the room coming in. Later on at 5 someone woke up and was walking around the corridor on the phone- bit odd no one's ever wanted to chat to me at that time on a Monday night. As said above £22 I have no grounds to complain. You gets what you pays for and I think I got a lot more than I paid for. As previous people have suggested parking is a nightmare but managed to find somewhere about a 5-7 minute walk away I could park for free until 8. I've given the negatives but for the price I have no right to complain a very cheap and cheerful place and the room was lovely. Basically bring ear plugs or a fan and you will be sorted.
