DEYou'll get a code to get your roomkey(-s) in front of the house door. You'll have housemates. Everything is automated, and you won't need to face the owner or any personal service. I like that you had your own room for that price. The room was quite nice. The carpet in the room and the hallway wasn’t as clean, but more importantly, the bed was very clean and comfortable to sleep on. It was valuable a lot the money. Since it is one of the cheapest apartments you can get for what you get, i can definitely recommend a longer stay for holidays or work here. You can even cook, have a bath and wash your own clothes here: But for cooking and washing clothes: Better bring your own facilities with you.
The not-as-clean carpet, especially in the hallway to the kitchen. The dining area with the couch and table was also not in the best condition. (But that especially didn't matter for me that much.) The apartment is located in hull. The area was quite nice, since you had many convenience store and restaurant nearby. However, getting to Hull's train station needs a longer 45 minutes morningwalk, if you are planning to do so. (That can matter for people. For me, that was okay.)

No key in the box to enter the building, then got a rude call asking me what I did with the key and card of which I never had or had seen. I was left waiting at the front door. I was lucky someone let me into the building, and a code opened the room door. Trying to scam me me for £100 afterwards
GBExcellent price and nice clean room. Is 2 miles from town not one as stated and bed was hard So 8/10 good score for this place
