Facilities are all inclusive - they have everything you could need and more! Beautiful property and fantastic sized glamping tents (3-4 pax). There was a hibatchi grill to use and drinks for a small cost. It is also along the Nakasendo trail which was perfect for the middle of our hike. The main building is 90+ years old and in fantastic condition. Can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Clean, scenic, the people and the views. The property was extremely organized and provided anything you might need to to make your stay exceptional.

Only minor thing is that the camping is only accessible by car or walking (about 6km from the nearest town). They clearly specify this when you book-but you need to be proactive with your planning.

È un’esperienza unica, ne vale assolutamente la pena. Il campeggio è proprio sulla Nakasendo. Siamo arrivati a piedi e per noi non è stata così traumatica la passeggiata. Meglio che aspettare l’unico taxi che c’è a Nagiso. Il posto è molto bello e tenuto anche molto bene. Sono super organizzati e non manca niente. Consiglio anche di ordinare la cena, sono loro che forniscono gli ingredienti e ti spiegano come cucinare. Abbiamo anche acceso il fuoco. Personale super disponibile, grazie mille !

The rates were a little pricey for a glamping stay.

Les tentes sont très spacieuses, la literie est confortable. Les tentes peuvent également être chauffées, ce qui était très appréciable vu le froid quand nous sommes arrivés. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine est disponible pour pouvoir préparer des repas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bain de pied au réveil, avec la vue sur la campagne japonaise. Le personnel était vraiment adorable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Nous avons moins aimé la viande du dîner (wagyu trop gras et poulet avec des morceaux de cartilage). Dommage, car le concept de faire son barbecue soi-même était très sympa, et les accompagnements étaient délicieux.

Staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno accolti prima del check in per via della forte pioggia di quel giorno e hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno quanto più confortevole possibile nonostante tutto. Le tende sono spaziose e ben riscaldate e il tutto è estremamente pulito e ordinato. Complimenti davvero!
