Good overall room, beds, bathroom and facilities for a one night visit. Shower and bath very good. Good full English breakfast and coffee.

Let down a bit by a non functioning basin plug and toilet roll holder coming off.

The staff were friendly, check in and out was straightforward,carpark was enormous

The curtains were hanging by cable ties and the windows could do with a good wash ,the bathroom could've done with a deep clean and flooring replaced, however the room was a good size and the bathroom had everything a family would need.
