"Ignore the history of the place, This hotel is a bargain and good"

Good value for money and good sized modern decorated room with new flooring. Very clean. Comfortable Beds

Hallway carpets are in a poor aged state and hallways have lights hanging out and failed lamps in general although it appears upgrades are probably in progress. Bathroom shower dated and shower head not adjustable. only one packet of sugar and 2 coffee and 2 milk and no spoon. The price paid is a bargain for the standard of room its almost as if this hotel is just short of what it could be with a little more attention to hallways expecially carpets. If the above were taken care of this hotel could easily charge 3 times more.

Room was spacious and clean. WiFi was good and reliable. Breakfast was good with helpful, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

If the room had been occupied by two guests (twin room) an additional chair would have been very useful. Plenty of free parking available in the car park.
