The duvet is really light The sofa had a lot of hair There was no WiFi The linen seemed not clean

An iconic location with a unique view.

Could have been cleaner (see att photo of window ledge), especially when being charged a £55 cleaning fee. No plug for bathroom sink. Could not get internet to work for TV, my laptop or phone.

Just the view. But I give a 7/10 (for the view)as the glass of the window was not clean

The whole apartment was very unprofessional, dirty, food in the carpet, sofa and glass of mirror broken, there was no soap in the toilet, the curtains are all covered with dirt and stains, the smell it was very unpleasant. I felt unclean even after a shower.

The sofa was broken and one of the big panel window was broken. They pulled the curtain on it so I only saw it when I opened the curtain. Needless to say I was super angry as they ask you for deposit and then easily can blame you for the damages. I reported it straight away and other issues I found as well. Nowhere to plug the bedside lamp was the cherry on top!! Be aware and stay away if possible!

apartment wasn’t to standard at all bed was broken and held up by two nike shoe boxes which obviously didn’t hold, contacted the owner who passed my number to his colleague as he was in France she insisted their would be someone from maintenance sent we had to be back at the room for 3 it got to 4 nobody had turned up we needed to go to a booking so left giving the company permission to enter when arriving back at 10 nobody had been issue hadn’t been fixed and all calls were being ignored. On arrival glass panel was broken cracked, a lite fixture was held in place by a female sanitary towel, mould around shower area and the sofa was missing a leg mean no the whole thing was slanted. staff didn’t seem to want to help! we spent two nights in this room and now both have very sore backs/necks, i didn’t receive a call of apologyl no regards to how bad our stay was

Smashed glass safety panel, heater did work,broken slide window - made bedroom freezing and loud from trains etc, sofa broken and slanted towards floor.

From arrival the apartment was filthy, bathroom was in such a state that we felt uncomfortable showing in there. The apartment smelt quite bad and we had NO HOT WATER! Terrible experience that we had to leave after being there for only a short while.

The best view u will get I'm Birmingham. And the best price u will get for that view

Its never came with a car park but its okay. There plenty of car park near u
