the decor of the property was nice.

There was no hot water It was hard to locate as I was sent the wrong address Staff were approachable but not very helpful The drapes/curtains were dirty The sofa wasn’t clean, it had possessions from previous users down the sides of it

everything. the property looked exactly how it did on the photos. the property was clean and taken care of. everything was functional and the kitchen was well equipped. it has an amazing view too! Eleanor stayed in contact throughout the stay and helped me with anything I needed. Eleanor did amazing. I would 100% recommend this apartment for anybody. it’s very convenient, spacious and the bed was extra comfortable.

everything was perfect.
