Unique One Bedroom Apartment in Birmingham City Centre

The location was good for an urban area, near the shops and 10 minutes from a variety of activities.

The second me and my partner entered the apartment we picked up on the negative reviews other guests talking about and saw exactly what they meant. The sofa was broken on and one of the legs were completely off so it was slanted, and underneath the sofa and kitchen table was absolutely repulsing, there was dirt in the rug! Old vape caps, orange crisps on the carpet ‘nice and bright’ so we could not miss them. Everything everyone else said in the reviews of the negative side was correct to the tea. Me and my partner we going away and staying there for 2 nights couldn’t afford to go anywhere else due to the location being a convenience to everywhere we booked and did not know the area - we contacted the owners beforehand to ensure that things wouldn’t be how the reviews made them out to be but the we got no response. We wouldn’t recommend this place (or atleast maybe a different room) but from our experience it’s a no from us there was many other faults that as owners they responsible is needed to be taken and massive improvement for its “Unique” name

The location was the only good thing, right at the foot of the town centre and train station.

The broken bed ( was forced to sleep on the livingroom floor because of broken bed ), broken sofa ( couldn't sit on it ), dirty carpet ( had to hoover on arrival ), dirty curtains, mould in bathroom, Cooker and dishes dirty ( had clean and wssh on arrival ). The whole apartment needs new furnishings and good clean it wasn't liveable. Owners did nothing to help and ignored my texts. No refund, I found the whole experience a nightmare and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay there, 0 stars.

The city views were nice and the kitchen and bedroom were nice

The sofa has two broken front legs which don’t work so it slants and it’s not comfortable to sit on. The shower has broken tiles and black mould. The apartment could do with alot of updating. The Wi-Fi is also very very slow.

View was amazing. Bed was comfy. Good facilities. Good location. Easy to pick up keys- close by.

Was cold when entered the room. Bathroom had mould in which was unappealing being the first room we walked into. No soap in the soap dispenser. Not enough towels for 2 night stay. key fob was not updated- could not use it to get in and out of building.

The views were stunning especially at night and the living area was spacious

The location. Shower pressure was good.

The lack of care from the host. The shabbyness of the apartment. The bed was awful. The bathroom was a mess and needs a good clean. The ceiling light was pushed into the ceiling and they knew this was the case as a lamp and extension lead were supplied. Sofa was full.of holes and so badly worn it slanted down. If you are going to rent a property out at least get it to a reasonable letting standard.

The apartment is nice with good location.

The keys has to be taken/left from/to a news shop (between some fixed hours) instead of the building reception. We had to leave early in the morning and tried to reach the staff for a smooth checkout but they did not answer, neither then or by now.
