Unique One Bedroom Apartment in Birmingham City Centre

Liked the location and would book the property again just because of that.

Did not like how restrictive it was picking of the keys. I work late and start very early so had to finish early and start work late in order to collect and drop off the keys to a corner shop. Also entrance to the building was also very restrictive as you could only get buzzed in by the security guard who was fast asleep in the early hours of the morning and I waited 15mins to be let in.

Absolutely beautiful, felt like a nice home to live in. Me and my partner enjoyed it very much.

Their was some wifi connection issues, with it being too slow or not working at all sometimes but overall not a big issue.

I liked the view and location

A lot The place was falling apart, filthy and towels covered in god knows what with mould hiding in the washing machine, heater was not even on the wall, curtains had fresh stains on them, the people on the phone when I called up was not only unhelpful but didn’t have a sorry tone in their voice but actually a hint of sarcasm….from BOTH the people I called. Thankfully booking.com got us a full refund and we went elsewhere

The views Comfortable overall Lifts good

No hot water for 3 days, both telephone numbers we rang did not get back to us until our penultimate day, when electricians came to repair, both numbers was on apartment information left messages but no return of call.

Great location

Bathroom not cleaned properly, and no hot water.

Nothing it was a mess and I didn’t even end up staying there for the night as it was dirty messy smelly and unhygienic and I would like to have a refund.
