Joy Apartments on Kiraly street

Perfect Location, Kiraly street has many restaurants/ bars / supermarkets. Lovely Bakery about 100m away out of main gate to the left. There are loads of restaurants and places to visit in all the side streets , A great place to be central to everything. Not far from main Metro and Bus / Tram terminals too. 5 /10 min walk from Airport Express stop. Apartment has everything you can ask for. Washing machine too, which is shared with other 2 apartments. Can't find any faults with Apartment. We walked over 100 km throughout Budapest from this location and managed to see everything we wanted. We prefer to walk as we discover hidden gems and the Architecture (Look Up) is amazing

Instructions to TV were missing and would of been handy. Not that we watch alot, mainly News. There were 2 remotes. Only one I could work and then logged onto my own Netflix account and managed to also find some free latest News channels.

it was really warm, bed was on the omcfy side, huge TV screen, wifi worked really well, and the shower (although with some minor issues) had really hot water and it bathroom was really spacy.

Although it was indeed my fault not to make sure the room indeed had what i needed, it is really werid to call that a kitchen when you can't neither boil nor fry! to my understanding, that is not an apartment. And in fact, it's not a matter of space. I find it weird that you can iron clothes but you can't boil rice and eit this rice in a table. I've seen other apartments that at least have al electric cooker and a high bar where you can cook a bit and eat the food.

This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Budapest, just a short walk fom the bars, restaurants, shops and sights. The apartment is superbly maintained and has everything you need for a break in the city. There are even laundry facilities if you should need them. The communication was excellent from Doron from the moment we booked, he sent a video explaining how to to gain access and made it quick and easy on our arrival. It was lovely and warm for the duration of our stay, which was great as the temperature outside was freezing. There wasn't any disturbance from the hustle and bustle of the busy street, inside kept any noise out. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would not hesitate to book again should we return to Budapest.

It was a perfect apartment for me and my partner. Very clean and close to the centre of Budapest. It was my partners 30th and they provided a small bottle of wine and some chocolates which was a nice touch (I asked for it but no hesitation).

It was opposite Tiki bar, so outside was a little noisy and rowdy at kick out time. However this is nothing on the apartment as there's nothing joy apartments can do about that.

Access to the property was very hard had to wait in freezing conditions with 5 suit cases Reception we had to ring by phone and at first wouldn't answer the phone. When he did answer he got the cleaner to let us in. It was very stressful and I am 74 years old and this does not have elevators. Photos of the building and outside area is not factual. The apartment was beautiful but the heating was over the top to hot no information how to turn it down. It made our stay in Budapest very unhappy. Was glad to leave and move on.

It was very unprofessional the way you had to enter the building No one there to help you get in we had to wait until the reception who was in bed sick answer our phone. He finally got the cleaner to let us into the building it was very stressful for me and my wife who are both over 70. There was no elevators so had to haul 5 cases up 3 flights on stairs and down again which hurt my ribs. The apartment was to hot and had no information on how to turn it down so made sleeping conditioning bad. The facades were not like the photos

Spacious, clean, and very central apartment. The property feels very safe, and it's surrounded by many bars and restaurants. It's very well heated and the water is also hot and with good pressure. At night, if you left the window open, there were loud noises from the street, but when the windows are closed, it's fine. The apartment has two big rooms, a kitchen area, well equipped with a dining table and a living room with a bed for two and a sofa bed, which our daughters slept on well. There's lots of storage space in the apartment, and the kitchen has everything you need, including stove, dishwasher, and more. The communication with the host was through WhatsApp, and he was very quick to respond.

The noise from the street, also towels could be bigger and in better quality. But other than these two, we were very pleased. It should be mentioned that there are some stairs to the apartment and no elevator, if people with any disability consider it
