Beautiful

Enjoyed eveything

I booked this last minute (the day prior to us arriving) and didnt read the reviews until after id booked. I wasn't expecting much, as the reviews went from one extreme to the other. However we were pleasantly surprised on arrival...yes it could have done with a bit of a makeover but as we were only using it as a base it was fine for us. Staff were great, we asked for some fresh bedding and it was aleady outside the lodge, before we had got back from reception. I can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it.

It did smell of damp slightly, upon entering, however it soon dispersed. Really could have done with a fan especially with the current weather.

The pictures of the property were nice upon booking

Hot tub had bits in the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfy. No WiFi for TVs that needed WiFi to work. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

The hot hub was great and the barn full of activities for the kids was excellent

Every thing was lovely

Location

Advertised Facilities unavailable, accommodation with known problems was provided to us. No response from Customer Services. Staff whilst doing their best are not “hospitality” staff.

How relaxing it was and the location

That people walking passed could see you in your hot tub could of been a bit more private with a better private fence round
