Basic but adequate

Couldn’t gain access as lock was broke..out of hours number going straight to answer machine..had to ask other holiday makers to find staff to help..thankfully they managed to find maintenance guys.. Two hours stuck outside..maintenance guy then changed the lock which was great but he also stated that someone should have answered the out of hours phone and then tasked the job to him.. No apology or follow up from management the following day..not good customer service.. TV also didn’t work..

Hot tub was checked everyday and cabin was clean and amenities were good. Shop was not overpriced. Great place and totally relaxed

Some of the facilities were not available has a lot of potential. Great new take over for the family. Could do with food place and bar

The only nice place was the location at this point

They’re were lots of maintenance issues. 1. The temperature on the hot tab didn’t work, so we have to wait until it’s get colder as water was over 40 and not possible to sit there. 2. Toilet was flushing all night. 3. Plastic rail fail over to my husband in the morning when he was taking shower. Blocked sink. Likely nothing happened. Overall, the only nice part we have enjoyed over our stay is the location. Glad we stayed only one night.

Loved the location...so close to Sherwood Forest. Really nice looking cabins. Well-equipped for the most part. Comfortable beds. Good parking. The kids loved the big TV. The staff was professional and very nice in all our dealings with them. Linen and towels were provided so that was good..The Robin Hood props were cool.

There were quite a lot of ants in the kitchen. The hot tub was really extremely hot to the point of uncomfortable. The pool was hideous and dirty. No screens on the windows so we got bit up having them open during the heat wave. Our cabin had no peeler or sieve. The play area was tired and dated. For what we paid it was fine for a few nights stay.

The location and hot tub was great. Free activities such as tennis,basketball, table tennis and swimming. Staff were nice and polite.

The cabin was very dated and smelt of damp. The diswasher door was broken. The staff were nice but we had to ask for things twice as they didn't respond. The pillowcases were inside out, no protector and very stained pillowes and duvets. The hot tub was really nice but it was stuffed in such a small place that it was a challenge taking the cover on and put it back on. Facilities are very run down.It would be an amazing place with a bit more care and money put into to state of the cabins and facilities.

The location was fab and pleasantly surprising, the property is a little tired but I was comfortable. I hope you get some good investment as the potential there would be endless

Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working and the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff rectified the hot water by giving us access to another property. It would have made sense to just move us, but no drama.
