Lovely place. Comfy, well stocked, very kind extras, warm welcome from the super lovely and very helpful Lori. Relaxing appartment, perfectly located. Walkable from the station in 20 mins and 10 mins from the heart of the city. Appreciated the lists of places for dinner, lunch, drinks, and gelato! There was a slight problem while there that was fixed by the afternoon, which is all you could ask for really. Highly recommend.

Great location, cozy apartment, the AC worked well for heating as well, and Lory was very helpful throughout my whole stay. She sent me out a list of restaurants and bars, the ones I tried were great indeed and whenever I needed help she was there right away. If I return to Bologna, which I hope for, I would definit ely stay here again.

Incredible location, 10 mins from everywhere relevant in the city centre. Nice big space and the staff (Lory) went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

Gets a bit cold (likely a function of the age and style of the building) but they have an ac in the bedroom which can heat up the room
