New studio flat overlooking city centre

Location

The door locks need to be re done . It is very hard to open unless there is a specific technique to open it . I struggled. The cups were not washed. Did not use the fridge, could do with a deep clean.

The location was excellent

Hemen odanın yanınd bulunan kapının önü oldukça pisti. Ayrıca karşı odadan yoğun kötü bir koku geliyordu. Odanın yan tarafında n çok fazla ses geliyordu. En rahatsız edici şey kesinlikle merdiven boyunca yayılan ve karşıdan geldiğini düşündüğüm o acı yoğun baharat gibi kokuydu.oda içi her ne kadar konforlu olsa da bu olumsuzluklar oldukça rahatsızlık vericiydi.

The location is great and close to everything. It’s easy to go into London and even if you choose not to, there’s tons to do in Kingston.

We ended up checking in earlier than we arranged by accident. Then got in touch with the host, who was very nice and asked us to leave our things in the room so he could get it cleaned. Once it was ready, he kindly let us know. However, the bedding had not been changed, and the studio flat was overall very dirty. So, we chose to buy our own bedding to feel comfortable. Once you enter the building, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the hall/stairway throughout our entire stay. The location and the host were nice, but the studio was extremely dirty even after it was “cleaned”. The bed sheets and the comforter cover not being changed before our arrival was the biggest unpleasant experience.

Mooie locatie in het midden van Kingston. Wij hadden alleen maar een bed en badkamer nodig. En dat was aanwezig. De kamer was zichtbaar schoon.

Sleutelprocedure en toegang tot de kamer kan van tevoren beter door de eigenaar gecommuniceerd worden. Het is een zeer stijle trap als toegang. Niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen. Geen lift. De trap naar de kamer is vies. Dit dient elke dag schoon gemaakt te worden. Je kunt wat opwarmen in een magnetron.

Location was great, bed was comfy, a kettle and microwave were provided, and the shower was nice. Communication from the host was very helpful, and the check in process was nice and simple. Value for money was superb.

Could've been a little cleaner. Drinking glasses had some kind of sticky residue in the bottom. Bathroom floor was kind of sticky which was uncomfortable
