Wenn man die Beschreibung aufmerksam liest (Gemeinschaftsbad mit zwei anderen Zimmern), ist alles wunderbar. Die Lage ist für eine Stadt ruhig, das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht und eine kleine Küche kann ebenfalls benutzt werden. Das Badezimmer ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und es gibt eine Parkbewilligung für die Strasse vom Besitzer.
