"Excellent"

Location was ok. The host sent me all instructions to enter the room and fornparking my car. Nice wooden details. Bathroom and little kitchenette was clean.

I had the feeling that I should not make any sound even around 7 , 8 pm. Too many warnings in the bathroom and in the room about cleaning and noise. Also when you step you foot on the floor there is sound! I like the building but I didn't feel comfortable with the thoughts of disturbing others. I saw the host at the Las minute while I was leaving. I realized that they live downstairs. It would be nice if they can be available while check-in on proper times.

"A hidden gem!"

The hosts are amazing! I came here by myself, and they have been incredibly kind and welcoming all week, almost like visiting your family. The room is cozy and fragrant, smelling of flowers. The location is great, nice neighborhood, many lovely dogs, close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again at the right time!
