Coastal Comfort Homestay in Santa Monica

It’s really good just 5 minutes to the metro to go LA and so close to the Santa Monica pier

O Host era bem solícito e gentil. Tudo estava limpo e organizado. A cama era macia e a água forte.

Para quem está a pé, a localização não é perfeita. Cerca de 10 a 15 minutos andando para mercados, metros e afins.

The location was nice and the hosts were very kind. They kept my luggage for a few hours after check-out and offered me a bottle of water.

The biggest issue with this place is the lack of sound insulation. On the first night, I didn’t have any guests next door, but I could still hear the street and planes, it was okay. However, when a couple checked into the room next door, it felt like we were in the same room. I could hear their conversations, and they woke me up at 3 AM, 4 AM, and 5 AM as their phone kept ringing constantly. The place feels more like a hostel. The rooms are very simple, with cheap furnishings and a shared bathroom. Some negative reviews mentioned a smell; it’s true there is a particular odor, but I didn’t find it as disturbing as others described. However, as a female traveler, I didn’t feel comfortable, the door locks are very basic, and I could constantly hear other guests.

It was no breakfast. The whole thing was a lie., it was one full size bed for two adults only, no TV in the room no refrigerator in the room. The room was so small. You could not take one step. This smell was absolutely disgusting. I had to empty half a bottle of my Versace so I could’ve stay and tolerate the room.

Everything was awful a small bed the smell of the room no ventilation no refrigerator in the room no TV in the room no hanger in the closet. I don’t know what else can I tell you it was the worst experience and breakfast oh my God what breakfast it was no one there With anything it was no breakfast. Everything was a lie and a scam. It was a small condominium that they turned to vacation stay it look like they turned a two bedroom apartment to three small room, one refrigerator next to the bathroom outside of the room for everyone to share😡

The location was perfect
