"Lovely simple & humble stay in a calm neighborhood close to everything, fairly easy parking as well."

I loved the proximity to everything, great value and fairly quiet. Bed/ sheets were clean & comfortable.

I would have liked to have a TV as a whine down after a long day of meetings or exploring. Lovely stay otherwise.

The location is great, right in the heart of Santa Monica.

The place is squeaky, the floor is loud; it made me feel like I was invading someone's house, and all the noises would give me away. The place is extremely small, but the bed and bathroom are clean. The doors are paper-thin, so you can hear the people in the other rooms breathing; if they snore, you are done. Honestly, is overpriced; if the price comes down, you may justify all the cons with location. It can work as a backup plan for one night.
