"Scam"

This place is a family scam. It is a second floor of an apartment that was reconfigured to have three bedrooms with one bathroom in a very crowded space. The alleged kitchenette was literally the entrance to the bathroom. It smelled like Chinese food all over the place, with no ventilation. When I arrived, the couple was working on the bathroom sink sewer because it was clogged. The couple lives on the first floor does not speak English, and the children who operate the place are not on site, only reachable by phone or email. He does not answer the phone, so I l had to leave a message for him to call back.
