Es gibt keinen Spa und somit finde ich die Bezeichnung Spa Retreat nicht so zutreffend und schon gar nicht Luxury.

Location was good, in the heart of Mcleod Ganj. Rooms were spacious and the upgraded rooms are particularly nice. Beds very comfortable, so sleep good. Staff polite and helpful.

Corridor clenliness poor - windows kept open at night so lots of dead bugs around in the morning. Also, general dirtiness (e.g. plates from room service at night). Easy to fix by cleaning starting earlier. Also, quality of breakfast (choice and preparation), can be improved.

Nice large comfortable rooms with opening in window with a screen. Best location in town. Full amenities and great lighting. Quiet, Internet TV, good supply of water, efficient room service. I ate two dinners in the restaurant, western style due to stomach issues and they were both excellent. Breakfast buffet is reasonable and adequate, no juices but decent fruit selection and eggs to order. Hot water but you have to wait 5 minutes.

Room advertised as valley view. If you could see through the trees you would have an Ok valley view. Only the 6th floor would have a valley view and that's mostly executive level. I paid extra to look at the trees across the street. I tried to extend and got mixed messages from the staff who were not overly helpful. They did procure me a good price on a taxi to the airport. It's not value for money due to lack of view but I would stay there again because it was a very safe, well tended hotel.

It’s a normal guest house but the price of hotel is like a five star hotel. There was is no gym, breakfast is has limited options and mostly Indian dishes. Room and bathroom are like bed and breakfast types Betsy tiny.
