Bathroom size very small. Room size good. Location excellent. Breakfast needs more variety. No hairdryer in room. Restaurant is very pricey.

Great service, perfect location (in town, but quiet), great views and a clean and modern building.

While better than many if the places we stay in India, maintenance and repairs are (as always in India) lacking. The aircon didn't work and was beyond the capabilities of the staff to amend: door closers remained unadjusted so slamming doors provide an unwanted soundtrack to our stay and prevented sleeping longer then 30 minutes at a time; a leaking toilet tap created a permanently wet bathroom floor. A maintenance-issue reporting process would catch these issues...

Location and view was excellent. The waiters were amazing.

Mr Dheeran and his team was very accommodating and Mr Rana went the extra to fix my broken wheel on my bag. I will definitely recommend this hotel. The tea time complimentary biscuits are delicious. We felt very safe at the hotel and will definitely recommend solo traveller's.

The head office of Amritara response was very delayed and failed to inform the McLeod ganj hotel to arrange a pick up from the Dharamshala airport.

Location was good. Close to Dalai Lama temple and the mc leod ganj market.

Unclean rooms and bathrooms. Stains all over in the rooms. We had booked the suites but they were just basic rooms with dirty drawers, curtains, walls and bathrooms. Hot water was also an issue. Had to run the tap for 5 to 10 minutes before hot water starts coming. The towels were stinky. Also it seems that there is a gutter outside the hotel and hence there is a perpetual stink.
