Everything about the Hotel is overrated, unhelpful staff in room service, stinky rooms, dirty linens.... Very much Overpriced for a 3star hotel

The location and the valley view

We were initially allocated room at the lower floor which is called as Valley view, but does not offer any view of the valley. We were lucky enough to get an alternate room on 6th floor.

Good food and good location.

Very pathetic experience AC was not working despite complaining again & again. Exhaust was not working. Manager Aman and Dhananjay Are very shrewd and non cooperative. Couldn’t sleep. Old and obsolete towels were provided. For all this booking.com charged me Rs.25k for 2 nights. Very shameful. Please avoid this hotel.
