St Peters Townhouse by Property Promise

Gefallen hat uns hauptsächlich die Lage. Alles andere war ein Reinfall.

Eigentlich hatten wir uns auf die Unterkunft gefreut, wurden aber sehr enttäuscht. Als wir das Appartement betreten haben, hat es nach totem Tier gerochen. Nach langer Suche haben wir dann einen Topf mit ranzigem Fett gefunden. Dieser verbreitete auch noch nach gründlicher Reinigung unsererseits einen üblen Geruch. Damit jedoch nicht genug. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht den Fotos, es gab nur noch einen Bruchteil des Geschirrs und Bestecks. Das was es gab, war leider auch nicht sauber und wir mussten es erstmal reinigen. Das Bad im ersten Stock war sehr eng für einen Erwachsenen und im oberen Bad gab es keine Duschstange mehr, da diese abgebrochen war. Ebenfalls war der Klodeckel nicht mehr fest. Zwar gibt es in der Küche eine Spülmaschine, doch es gab keine Taps. Wir könnten jetzt noch viele weitere Kleinigkeiten aufzählen, die nicht gepasst haben, aber Sauberkeit sollte das mindeste sein. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen und appellieren an die Hosts, doch bitte die Mängel zu beheben und mal gründlich zu putzen!

This property is the worst property I have ever been . - Carpets are so mucky and disgusting , They carpets even had broken pieces of glass near bed which cut my finger when I tried to pick my phone from the carpet as there was no bed side table - Main double bed had no back rest -Main toilet is so close to sink its nearly impossible to use - The bunk bed shakes really bad and the response from seller was its safe to use even it shakes so bad thats its impossible to sleep - lied about parking , there is no 24 hours paid parking . you have to move car by 11 pm from paid parking to park on street and then move the car again in the morning by 8 am to move in the paid parking as its from 6am - 11 pm - The whole property had a very bad smell

The skylight was open and the bed got wet lol

There was space for everyone staying.

Lots of issues with the property. Many dings on the walls, one of the kitchen cupboards was hanging off the hinges when we arrived. The sofa bed was meant to sleep 2, however there was no bedding for it, and the sofa bed was flimsy. Unfortunately when I asked for parking nearby, there was on the road that the property is on, however only from 8am-6pm (at £5 a day). However, I was advised that I would need to return at 6:30pm to move my car from the paid for car park (I called at 2 o’clock and proceeded to have to wait 30 minutes until I had to call again and was told that I was not able to park overnight at the paid for car park that the person on the phone advised me to use.) This meant for a lot of disruption to the events of the day (Stereophonics in the Principality Stadium) where I had to return and park the car opposite the property in the free parking outside of the church at 4:30 to be able to use it until the next morning. A 2.5 hour delay due to lack of parking.

Great place - have stayed numerous times before and will stay again 👍🏻

The location, the space, the price.

It was difficult to find non-resident parking in the area that was close to the property.
