Not much really.

Building smelled like weed when I arrived, had no AC, the fan in the bathroom screamed when you turned on the one light, the walls are paper thin and I could hear other tenants, pretty much everything was done poorly, the place was not clean, had ants on the walls in the bathroom. Would never recommend, just get a hotel in a better area. Parking was a nightmare too.

It was clean and felt safe

Most basic room possible. No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer, two towels. No fridge. TV and wifi that was spotty.
