Traditional Cornish Cottage in the Countryside.

Great communication from the owners, with tips on where to go in the local area. Private parking. We arrived late in the evening and they even left the lights on so we could see to get in ok. The cottage has everything you could need, lots of kitchen equipment, a log burning stove, central heating if we needed it. A good shower, comfy bed and even an electric blanket Amazing!

Nothing, everything was great. A microwave would be really useful.

Cottage was clean, had all that was needed and comfortable.

Das Cottage ist sehr schön gelegen. Es gibt einen gemütichen Essplatz und kleinen Garten. Das Haus selbst ist sehr rustikal und gemütlich einferichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.

Welcoming host, nice cottage with a really well equipped kitchen, nice decoration, including plenty of books including cooking ones and extra to enjoy your holiday.

It was lovely - very clean, very welcoming, tea and coffee etc. were made available. Dale & Shaun were responsive when we had a question. The garden was perfect for our dog and secure. We loved our stay!

The cottage is a great location very rural but easily accessible to nearby beaches, praa sands and st ives. We loved the enclosed garden and decking area, as well as the log burner although didn’t use it as it was warm! The beds were very comfy and the host had great communication with us from the start. We brought our baby with us and so they sourced a high chair and made room for the cot in one of the bedrooms for us which was great. The bathroom is also lovely with great shower pressure and clean.

The kitchen needs a microwave! Although the house was clean and tidy - the rugs did have old dog hair on I’m assuming from the previous guest. It would have been great to have had a welcome book with recommendations and general information about the house I.e where to put recycling and what’s expected of you when you check out. we left our recycling in the kitchen in a bag as not sure where it went. I did find a welcome note in the small book on the table but only found this as I was being nosey and had a look through it wasn’t obvious a note would be in there. The house could do with new blinds as there is mold marks on them as well as some curtains in the bedroom as the current blinds don’t block out any light. We also felt like there could use a curtain in the main door just to make it a bit cosier. There was also no hairdryer not a massive deal breaker but usually hotels/airbnbs have one so we were looking for one to use.
