Traditional Cornish Cottage in the Countryside.

We liked the decor, the cosy feeling, the log burner, and the quiet location.The host was lovely and made sure that we had tea, coffee, sugar, and milk for our arrival.

The place really could do with a deep clean Everything else was good.

Two words, uncomfortable and uninviting.

Lovely traditional building with great wood burners. Great communication from host.

Mattress on bed extremely uncomfortable.

We had an amazing time in Hayle and staying at Shaun and Dayle's Cottage made it the most relaxing. The cottage had soo much character and w enjoyed the beauty of everything. Shaun had offered us tea and milk, sadly we brought ours so we didn't need it, we were also offered woods to keep us war at night but we were comfortably warm enough and did not need it either. I think the hosts are very thoughtful and kind. We could have stayed indoors for the entire duration of our stay and been absolutely content with our little trip. The keys to the property was a safe, we didn't need to worry about about our arrival or departure as we could keep the keys and just check out. Shaun gave us tips on where we could visit in Gwinear and it was absolutely stunning. My husband was well pleased and wants to return, we will definitely be coming back with our friends.

We loved everything, it was an imperfect perfect cottage. A bit of cobweb here and there but where aren't little spiders unwilling to spread their webs 😂. The beauty and overall effort to keep the cottage pretty and clean out beats the flaws.

Loved how cosy it was, garden was great to have for our dog. Good location, out the way but not too far from main town. Perfect little cottage.

It was very quiet, exactly what we were looking for, cosy with a large log burner, I found the individually controlled electric blankets great, as I certainly feel the cold more than my husband, however if you've had the fire on they are not needed
