Superb base for exploring Cornwall and Plymouth

Lots of space and lovely location.

No shower gel available and there was a water leak from upstairs shower to downstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling and lights and felt a little unsafe, told the guy but he never replied anything.

Parking space off road useful. Lovely location with wide-ranging views across the river from the lounge/ kitchen rooms. Good bedroom space, especially upstairs suite. Large modern bathrooms. Hard floors good for dogs. Park close by, short uphill walk. Lovely big patio taking in views, access directly from kitchen down steps. Quiet location. Close to shops; access to Devon (Tamar bridge) and Cornwall 5 minutes away.

Ground floor double bed uncomfortable (matress will need replacing). Tap and toilet seat in lower bathroom loose. Control of heating compromised as thermostat not on wall ( owners happy to contact for instructions for manual override). Needs a side gate, please. Patio area open to front roadway.

Fantastic place with an amazing view from the back garden. Well equipped and very clean. So good we booked another 13 nights and stayed straight through.

Little faults with doors windows and bathroom taps .

The property was so clean. Checking in was easy.The location of the property makes it easy to explore both Plymouth and Cornwall.

The bed in the bedroom upstairs looks old and so uncomfortable.

The location was great as it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The views across the river to Devin were stunning. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

The main thing we struggled with were the lack of blinds for the Velux windows in the man bedroom. The views from the windows were fantastic but we wanted to wake up a little later than sunrise. Having a choice to wake up when the sun woke up would have made the stay better.
