The location of the house was fantastic. The house itself was very clean and easy to find. The instructions sent to us to get the keys where spot on. The area is lovely and the views are amazing!

Incredible views, well presented and spacious property

There were road works going on while we stayed which were a little disruptive, but this is no fault of the owner and I’m sure will be finished soon

Trevor has got a real hidden gem here. People might not think about Saltash as a base but it is perfect. The house has been renovated to very high standards. We would recommend this property without hesitation and hope to come back here the next time we are in the area
