Superb base for exploring Cornwall and Plymouth

Only issue and it’s very minor is that we had to call the host to get the key safe code. Apart from that it was all fine.

Really good views, ideal location, modern facilities

Location was superb only there were no free breakfast offered

Everything was good despite the city tax which is quite expensive.

Clean facilities well organised

Very good to stay with the family. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, it has a parking space, and its quite roomy. It has a great view from the kitchen.

The cupboards and the fridge could be cleaner. I would have liked to have a tea towel and cooking mitts/ oven gloves. The master bedroom upstairs is quite big, but the bed is in an awkward position, making it difficult to access the bathroom.

The view was spectacular and close to town and facilities.

We found out that this property is for sale, which accounts for some minor repairs and issues haven't been fixed. Some dirty dishes in the cupboards and a baby dummy tucked into a sofa. Clear the house wasn't checked by the owner after the cleaner finished.

Great Location, plenty of space, ensuite shower and downstairs bath we're excellent, beautiful views especially at sun set

Beds were uncomfortable, springs were protruding once led down and creaked loudly everytime anyone moved, tap was loose in downstairs bathroom and animal faeces were discovered on the patio, outside string lights didn't work, a few tweaks and this could easily be a 10/10 property

Very beautiful apartment located in a very good spot.

Beds could be better and is missing an hairdryer which for us was a bit of a shock.
