Superb base for exploring Cornwall and Plymouth

Location and view

The location was quiet, residential, and a good base for touring the area. The sofas were very comfy (luckily there were 4 of us as there's only seating for 4 in the living room) The showers were lovely The views accross the river from the Kitchen and living room were amazing

The beds were a little lumpy, uncomfortable, a good quality topper would sort it. The loft bedroom had no blinds on the velux windows The property has obviously been a renovation project which is not quite complete. The kitchen is nicely kitted out, but cupboard doors are loose. Pathway at the side of the house had loose slabs on steps which could be dangerous. The back garden was not really dog friendly. The outer front door was rotten and difficult to lock. And some of the internal doors did not close. The description mentioned soap and toiletries supplied but they weren't

Suited all the needs.

Beautiful view in a convenient location. Shops and takeaways a short walk away. Clean, modern and comfortable with off st parking. Perfect for families.

Outside lightning could be improved as there are steps front and back. I advise a torch if you are arriving in the dark.

Double bed mattress is uncomfortable and bed frame squeaks every time you move Master bedroom mattress too hard for our taste Steps from kitchen leading down to garden steep and need cleaning a bit slippy when it rained Some areas need maintenance and freshening up
