Well equipped, comfortable with warm powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and generous supplies for a continental breakfast

The annexe is within a families home and although we were not disturbed during unsociable hours, it’s a very noisy household and it feels like you are in their lounge with them. Felt we needed to be extra quiet too as we’re conscious of disturbing them.

I loved how attentively the room was decorated and supplied with all the necessities. I had not expected a fridge (but I always hope for one!!) Or even a milk frother! As a coffee snob I really appreciated the coffee machine - a real surprise, so nice to not be subjected to instant coffee. All hail the bathroom floor heating, good insulation of the windows/double doors from the outside. And also all of the breakfast bits waiting for us in the fridge.

We were woken up to a yelling child next door, so insulation between the room and the rest of the house would have been very nice.

It was close to town. Breakfast was great.

It was a little hard to find, luckily the host was there to meet us.

As it adjoins the owners house a lot of noise, talking and shouting from the main house

Great location, its cosy and It ticked all the boxes

You could say no TV but we lived without it
