Super friendly, clean and great location

A little cramped

Quiet location . But very close to shops and sea front .

Cramped food area , no t.v

Facilities were great. Very central to beach and town. Parking was very good. Hosts were really nice. Can’t fault anything. Would definitely recommend and book again.

All fab. Nothing at all to fault.

Convenient for overnight stop in Sidmouth & within walking distance of restaurant where we had booked dinner. Quiet at night so good undisturbed sleep. Facilities and provisions for making continental style breakfast. Private access and carparking.

Great for one night stop but a little cramped for space if required for longer stay.

Car parking & very close to town

Noise from annexe Door of room very near to the main house. Didn’t worry us but other guests could object.

Great to have a parking space but it was quite a tight awkward space to get out of. As the accommodation was attached to the main house we could hear a bit of noise from the family. It would have been nice to have a tv.

close to town centre

Too compact for a week's stay, dispensing kettle had to be watched and turned off. They normally are like that. IME

Fantastic location, within a few minutes walk from town centre and beach. Parking was very useful, as it can be quite challenging to find parking elsewhere on a busy day. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was available in the room, alongside a toaster, microwave, coffee machine and hot water machine. Hosts were very friendly, and not invasive at all. All in all it was a great stay for our short break!
