The resort isn’t huge, so you can get from one place to another without getting tired. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and delicious. There were plenty of options on the menus, so it never felt repetitive. The drinks were also very good and cold. We upgraded our room, and the entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and everything was arranged with great care and attention to detail.

The meals were the VERY BEST aspect of our stay. They were delicious and always served beautifully by the restaurants’ staff.

The noise from the roof top generator next door and the construction noise. The generator noise was especially annoying because it rarely stopped and therefore prevented us from using our balcony. Construction noise can’t be helped.

As everyone knows during are stay there was cartel problems. The staff that was there work so hard to make that time pleasurable for all guests and to keep us feed and comfortable. My heart goes out to all the staff and their families. the food was good the room was very nice.

The only problem was you had to get up no later than 7am to get a place at the pool or there where all taken. The resort has you sign their policy that you cannot leave items for more than 45 minutes or they will remove them. This did not happen and place to seat where taken for hours with no one showing up. A lot of every upset guests. It is not a vacation if you have to get up every morning to get a place to set in the pool areas.
