Had a room on the 16th floor of the new, still under construction, tower. Very nice room with great views - both from the ocean side balcony as well as the mountain side walkway to the room. No issues with construction noise. Highlight of the stay however was the wonderful and friendly staff. Everyone we met was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

Property is a bit affected by construction but not in an unacceptable way at all. Will be fun to see what it looks like when the 2nd tower and pool/restaurant are completed.

Lo cual se me hizo poco profesional de parte del hotel. Lo cual me da que pensar, en que declaran todos los impuestos al SAT. NO VOLVERIA, NI RECOMENDARIA EL LUGAR.

The restaurant. I found the food choices limited and far too big. The food was ok but not terrific. I prefer a buffet at an all inclusive for a wider selection.

Food was good in outside court. I liked that they changed menu. Pleasant staff and hard working. The French meal at Luciano s was good but next night was not. Our butler Epi was great..

People left towels on lounge chairs when not there so there were not enough lounge chairs. Young guy at reception desk a little rude when we asked questions. I booked two rooms together months in advance to be next to daughter and I was on ,,5 she was on 12th. That was very disappointing.
