Pas d'animation Pas de musique ou peu Restos ok mais pourraient avoir meilleure qualité pour le mexique Hotel manque d'espaces et de piscines pour la grandeur et les visiteurs. Tenez vous prêt a vous lever tot pour réserver vos places a la piscine...Manque de chaises et on etait pas en haute saison...

The resort is beautiful, great and friendly staff who help you with any concern or needs.

Disappointed in finding out the resort is under construction once we arrived. Half of the resort is currently open the other half is closed. Only a few selections of resturants open and quality was underwhelming.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accomodating. The beach was great and we always found chairs under a palapa. Breakfast was very good. Also liked going to the bakery in the morning for a continental breakfast. Great option and quick. Mexican night was delightful - staff really put themselves out to make it a special night. Room was large, views were magnificent. Spent time on our patio looking out while reading. Made use of the robes and slippers. Activities for guests were well attended - pool aerobics and Texas hold'em in the pool.

Wine was not very good, but I switched to mexcal - which was just fine. Room had two double beds, not queen. It was fine but would have been nice to have a queen or king. I did not ask to change. There was no bar with bar stools to hang out at other than in the pool. We like a before dinner drink and meeting other guests but there was no good place for that. They gave us a "penthouse" room which you could only access with a special key in the elevator. They would not give us two keys, so when one went up first the other had to ask a staff member to use a key, Minor inconvenience. Work out room was too hot.
