We did not like the property at all

It was filthy. We were allowed to drop our bags off before the apartment was ready. The bedding was the same when we went back at 10:30 pm it was very obvious the beds had only been made and not been changed for clean bedding as they were smelly, there was a cupboard for bedding but it was literally thrown in. The floor was sticky the kitchen sink was filthy there were no amenities to use in the apartment mainly toilet rolls, and the apartment smelt stale. It was so bad that we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation which wasn’t easy either. I contacted the proprietor several times but he failed to reply to my complaints

Central location - easy access to 2 train stations. Free Parking on site.

Host communication needs to be better. Key collection details were not provided in advance so had to call the owner 2 hours before arriving to get the information. All relatively straightforward afterwards. WIFI details requested from host but not provided - however only staying for 2 nights and away from the property most of the time so didnt really impact us too much.

Great value for money compared to all the local hotels who had put up their prices for no good reason. Very clean and comfortable

Facilities and location was good

Key lock was difficult to get Into, stairs were Steep, not realy any comfortable seating .tv was set up for a couple of hours. Bed was uncomfortable.

Location was good and there is a parking space. The facilities in the flat were good kitchen

Wifi was poor and as the telly ran through it there was no signal to watch it. There were no blinds over the windows in the lounge so the sofa bed wasnt a good place to sleep

Everything was okay with the property, close to everything and only a 15 minute drive to what we came for overall a good stay

The only thing about the property was the WiFi we couldn’t watch tv as it kept cutting off

Very close to Watford town centre and 10 minute walk to Watford Junction Station which was great for us. Helpful owner too when we couldn't figure out how to get in. Apartment was a lovely layout and had parking for our car which was handy.

It definitely needed a really good clean. The shower was very grubby and bed linen had stains on. We were only staying a night so didn't fuss too much but if I were staying longer I'd definitely want clean covers. They didn't smell clean either. The kettle was also very unclean and the water left a funny film in our coffee. Generally its a lovely apartment which is nice and cosy but it just needs a good scrub and a bit of TLC.

The location. It is in the centre of Watford. The high street and shopping centres are a five minute walk away. Good train service to London. The apartment was ideal for the three of us as a base for visiting London. The landlord went out of his way to help us when we lost our key.

We struggled to find the apartment at first. We didn't know where to park. Had we been given the directions first it would have been easier to find. For the next guests, it is near the top of a one way street. On the left is a white building with number 30 on. You park your car in the space there and the apartment is the middle door. You go up the steps and the door on the right is your apartment. There was an occasional drain smell in the bathroom. I didn't read the reviews before I booked it. My sister read them on the way down to Watford. I thought they were really harsh. I would definitely stay there again.
